Shipping Guidelines

 

Moxa Online only ships orders to valid street addresses within the United States and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes or addresses outside the United States. For international orders, please contact one of our worldwide distributors or a Moxa sales representative for more details.

For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. You may not export any products purchased from Moxa Online

Tracking Orders

 

To review recent order history, sign into Your account and click on Find an order. You will be able to see all of your recent orders and the status of each order. To track a shipment, click on the order number for delivery information, or contact Customer Service.

 

 

Canceling or Modifying Orders

 

Our priority is to ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner. Therefore, we are unable to adjust an order after it has been submitted.
